Hello, my name is Mithila Mangedarage. I am a science student from Colombo, Sri Lanka. My interests vary from Astronomy to street magic, Journalism to music etc..I am very passionate about blogging simply because of the fact that its addictive and productive. I became a blogger quite rescently when a friend of mine (namely Abeeth or as he prefers to be called The Trivial Boy) told me about his blog, and how he started seeing everything different after he started to blog. I was not at all serious about blogging at that time, but now I am the proud owner of 3 blogs, out of which two are music blogs. I also contribute to two other blogs. One blog is the common blog of youth run organization I am part of and the other will soon become a part of my life, namely BlogsWeLuv!!! (By the time you read this, there’s a fair chance of this already being a part of my life :))
Music also plays an important part of my life. I have experienced many forms of music, but Metal is my favorite. Apart from that I listen to the legendary 3 Tenors and Simon and Garfunkle.
I am also interested in scientific/paranormal phenomena. I have done an acceptable amount of research on fields like U.F.O’s.
Apart from my academic and musical interests, blogging is a major deal to me(obviously!!!). I am also concerned about the Environment and animals. I also work for several charity/social organizations.
That should sum up me and my interests. Oh by the way, I listen to Slayer and Motorhead when I’m blogging :)!!!
