About Every Little Thing - A blog we luv
Though I really don’t know too much about Lis, the author of About Every Little thing, I know she has a silly sense of humor that’s right up my alley. A good example of Lis’ style of humor can be found in a recent post entitled Funny Signs. Lis writes, “I love funny signs as much as I love my kidneys. In case you’re wondering how much I love my kidneys, well, I love them a lot. More than my spleen anyway.” Lis also has a thing for stick figures, which you’ll find often popping up in posts.
It’s thanks to Lis that I was reminded of perhaps one of the greatest videos to ever appear on the internet. It was a collection of rejected cartoons presented to The Family Learning Channel, and it was still hilarious viewing it again after last seeing it a couple years ago. In fact that’s when I first discovered Lis’ blog and made it a regular amongst my daily reads.
There are so many fun posts on About Every Little Thing, but I thought I’d highlight a few of my favorites.
- Bathroom Acrobatics - This would be Lis’ first and last attempt at making a web comic. Here’s hoping she reconsiders.
- A review for the movie Troy - Warning: If you actually enjoyed this movie, proceed with caution. Otherwise, click away.
- Lis Spills the Beans - Lis gives away seven facts about herself, including an interesting fact about her head.
These few posts are just a small sample of the silliness you’ll find on About Every Little Thing. I recommend dropping by today, grabbing the feed and making this great blog one of your daily reads too.

Despite the restraining orders, I’ve been following Lis’ blog for a while now. To be honest, she had me hooked with her awesome stick figure drawings which continually cracked me up. But you have absolutely no idea what to expect when you read one of her posts, other then you’ll most definitely be entertained. Good choice to review, Mike! And great links you picked as reference.
