My Blog Rules is a personal blog authored by Andrew, whom you may remember from his recent 10 Questions interview. Andrew is a 30 something guy living in New York. He’s married with two children, but you’d never know it from reading his blog. There are no stories about his responsible home life there. Nope! My Blog Rules is all fun, all the time!
My Blog Rules was launched in early January 2008, and though it’s still a new blog, there is no shortage of great reading material. Andrew has an amazing sense of humor, and you’ll find yourself laughing through nearly every post. Many of them involve the unusual things he is passionate about – video games, sushi, midgets, monkeys, comics, sci-fi, and last but certainly not least, the 1980s!
I can’t think of a better way to introduce you to My Blog Rules than to highlight a few of my favorite posts.
In the Top 10 Websites I Want Built Now, Andrew has listed some available domain names that he feels should be built purely for his own enjoyment. My personal favorite is WhiteCastleGrillCam.com. I guess I’m not the only one dying to see a nice set of steamy buns.
Andrew has put entirely too much thought into compiling a list of The 80 Best (& Worst) Band Names Up for Grabs. Some of them are funny. Others are disturbing. And well, the thought of “Midgets Sans Pants” has given me nightmares for weeks!
In the Five Coolest Things You’ll Never Own, Andrew has shared photos of his most prized possessions - one of which is a White Castle box autographed by comic artist Adam Kubert.
In Death by White Castle, Andrew relates the story of his recent trip to White Castle and the incredible urge to try a Surf & Turf sandwich. If you’re considering such a bold move, check out this post - and take along a bottle of Rolaids.
I just realized that three of these four posts mention White Castle. I guess that’s another one of Andrew’s unusual passions. And I’m jealous. Somehow a late night drunken trip to Krystal just can’t compare.
I could go on and on about My Blog Rules, but I won’t. I’ll just say that it does just that - it rules!

I love this blog…and I found out about it here at BlogsWeLuv. I think what I really enjoy is Andrew and I both share a quirky view of things. I highly recommend everyone check out this blog. Some of you won’t get it…but the rest will find it a great read!
