If you haven’t visited Aaron Cook Dot Com, you should stop reading right now and go there.
Go on…I’ll wait.
[hum-dee-dum...]
Okay, back yet? Good.
What a great combination of things that blog is: blogging tips, cars, video clips, loads of humor, sex advice (okay, he paid me to say that), random news — even video clips about blogging tips that you can play in your sexy car while laughing at the random news — yep, it’s all there.
His genuinely fresh style combined with his blog’s variety is in my estimation a big part of why he generates so many comments from his readers. Take, for example, his Super Link Sunday posts.
This isn’t your father’s link love post. No, Aaron makes it his own by not only providing audio commentary, but a hilarious twist by adding the Link Love Loser Award. The award goes out to blogs he absolutely cannot stand and isn’t afraid to tell you why. And when you realize it’s Opposite Day, you see the humor unfold, causing you to laugh to tears. I highly recommend commenting on this very popular theme — it’s very therapeutic.
Aaron knows how to hunt down things that can really help bloggers, whether they be newbies or bloggers with a few years under their belt. His latest post is proof of that. Providing video clips of Matt Cutts from Google, you’ll want to have a seat and go into “absorb mode” while watching this very informative session at WordCamp.
I have yet to see Aaron ignore a comment made by his readers, which gets high marks in my book. In fact, I’m making him a member of the iReply Movement whether he wants it or not. :)
Treat yourself, educate yourself, or a little of both. Aaron Cook Dot Com is a welcoming place and a blog we luv.

Aaron’s a great guy and indeed an exceptional blogger. Nice write-up, Mark!
Great review, Mark! I already love Aaron’s blog, but I’ll head back over there and check it out again after this great post. :)

Btw, is that really you in the photo, Aaron?
Thanks, Tish and Mike! Yeah, I’ve wondered if that was him in the photo. Maybe he’ll enlighten us here. :)
Aaron it`s a great blogger. I like the audio commentaries, I think is a great idea.
Holy remarkable reviews, Batman!…I mean, Mark! :P I don’t even know what to say! I am so honored to even be considered. And for someone to actually take the time write and post a review of my blog…wow. That is just so extremely awesome! :)

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must run to the Bat Cave to answer the Bat Phone (bat-maaaan, da-da-da-da-da…) LOL

A day of discoveries! First I find ‘Aaron Cook Dot Com’ and then ‘Blogsweluv’ – marvellous! A lazy Sunday of excellent reading beckons…

@Aaron: another one of your many fans has spoken. ;)
I don`t get it ..
First, I land on aaroncook.com, there I was sent here, here you send me back there .. what is this, kinda bureaucracy blog-network ?
Second, who is Aaron Cook dot Com ?
I was awared about the use of aristocraticaly “of”, “van”, “von”, yet this`s first time I hear about “dot” .. And anyway, where is this land, Com ? Is a island, a country, a B(ridge) L(ifted) O(ver) G(overnment) ?
Never hear of this Aaron Cook before (in a Opposite Day).
Aaron has a great blog and more importantly, he’s a great person! As Aaron always says, I’ll say it too: Shine on Aaron!
I HATE AaronCook.Com it’s unwitty, unhumorous, drivel (on opposite day). ;)
