Our blog review contest winner for the month of October is Video Clips Of, a blog which as you might have guessed, features video clips. Created by Markus whose self proclaimed hobby is videos - “posting, producing and editing”, Video Clips Of is a collection of his favorite videos spanning a broad range of topics from technology to sports.

The premise of the site is simple, with each post there is a new video clip. Markus writes a short summary talking about each clip and then presents them in streaming format. Obviously a site featuring video content is mostly visual so I feel the best way to introduce what Video Clips Of has to offer is to highlight some of my favorite video posts.

• So why did the truck cross the road? - That’s a good question. Considering there was really no visible street to speak of, just what was this guy thinking?
• Sony flexible TV screens - Super thin, extremely flexible television screens? Tell me this wouldn’t make the perfect gift for the geek who has everything. I bet they don’t have this yet!
• Easy, delicious cheesecake recipe - I don’t crave sweets and desserts all that often but if there’s one thing you’ll never see me turn down, it’s cheesecake. After watching this little video I think I may have begun to drool a bit.
• French bulldog puppies - Okay I have to admit I’m linking to this video simply because it made me go “awww”. There’s a good chance you may do the same. Three minutes of the little critters feeding, frolicking and just generally being cute.

As you can see just from from this handful of links, Video Clips Of features a lot of rather diverse content. If you’re looking for a break from a long and stressful day or are just looking for something to take your mind off things and smile a little, Video Clips Of just might be the destination for you.
