Every Day Should Be Christmas - A Blog We Luv

Ever have one of those moments when you knock yourself on the side of your head and say, “Now, why didn’t I think of that?”
While that explains my headaches, it didn’t take away the smile I had when I saw Santa traversing the blogosphere, first on MyBlogLog and then on Blog Catalog.
Why didn’t I think of calling Santa up and ask if I could help him spread some Christmas cheer in the months leading up to the Big Day?
Then it hit me (and didn’t hurt this time): show him some blog luv here. :)
It wasn’t too long ago that Santa started making visits on MBL. Perhaps he’s visited your blog already and left you a note saying hi and reminding you to be good boys and girls (I hope Tish and Mike are reading this). Or maybe he has bestowed his badge of approval which you could proudly display.
His elves are working over time, not just making the toys, but blogs, too:

- Santa’s Magical Golden Cat (yeah, I didn’t know he had a cat either, let alone a magical golden one. This jolly old elf is connected, I tell ya!)
There’s probably not a lot you don’t know about Santa, but after perusing his profile I was surprised to find that he’s 507 years old — and he doesn’t look a day over 60! Ah, but did you know he’s a Capricorn?
And while one of his favorite Christmas songs is Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, it’s not his favorite book. That honor goes to The Christmas Carol, which happens to be one of my favorite Christmas movies!
If you take a gander at one of his blogs, you’ll be entertained by the story Olive the Reindeer. And visiting another, you’ll find out what we’ve all wondered at one time or another: how does an elf pick up chicks?
As we face our daily challenges, our doubts, the troubles across the globe or in our own country, it’s good to be reminded that you exist, Santa. Thank you for all that you do!

Ho! Ho! Ho! Mark. What a wonderful surprize. I can’t thank you enough but Santa won’t forget and you can expect some goodness to come your way.
Ho! Ho! Ho! To you too Tish and Mike… and Mike… just so you know.. someone was very bad. My web site was hacked and totally deleted and I spent 4 days and 4 nights getting it all back together. No doubt you can guess where a large bag of coal is headed this year.
