1. Describe your blog in five sentences or less.
Friendly, and I’d like to think, entertaining.
2. Link us to one post from your blog that best defines who you are.
Me, attempting to be funny - Uh oh, She thinks she’s funny.
3. What sets you apart from other bloggers?
Sheer determination.
4. When and how did you first discover blogging?
I discovered blogging seven months ago while searching online for freelance writing jobs. One of the sites I frequented turned out to be a blog. I had previously thought that blogs were only online diaries. I was immediately excited at the prospect of having my own website!
5. What is your biggest pet peeve related to blogging or the internet?
My biggest pet peeve would be the dark side of the web. The scams, identity theft, predators, and all of the selfish acts that ruin the level of
enjoyment of the Internet for so many people.
6. Name one plugin, blogging widget, or service that you can’t live without.
Technorati and Google. I’m not even sure I could go on without my Google search bar, I mean, why would I want to?
7. If you could choose anyone, living or dead, to write a guest post for your blog,who would it be and why?
I would love to see what L.M. Montgomery (The author of Anne of Green Gables) would do with a blog, wow! She was a writer, a poet, and had one of
the most vivid imaginations of anyone who’s ever lived.
8. How has blogging made you a better person?
Blogging has given me a greater confidence in my writing abilities, and has given me a much needed outlet to channel my constant overload of creativity into.
9. What are your tips for becoming a better blogger?
Be yourself, don’t copy anyone else’s ideas of what blogging is, you are not a carbon copy of the bloggers who came before you, be who you’re meant to be.
10. Name one great blog that you read on a regular basis. What makes it unique?
I honestly read about twenty blogs on a regular basis, so I could never choose just one. But what my favorite blogs have in common are a sense of humor, cheerfulness, and a fun and interesting environment. Blogs that make me smile or laugh will always be my favorites.
Great answers of course. Why am I nervous still? Haha maybe it’s because it’s 4:33 am here and my youngest daughter is still awake.
By the way, when the time comes that Christy, Polli, and Danielle become A-list bloggers, their answers to the Ten Questions will be priceless.
Christy is a very friendly blogger, and a Canadian so that makes me happy to know another Canadian blogger. I agree with the “Dark Side of the Web” comment, there is definitely a sect of people who really don’t care about the real possibilities of the online environment, but that instead just want to “get rich quick” for the most part.

I love Christy’s coffee break, I stop by everyday. I will continue to do so in the future. She is a very good writer in my opinion and I feel thats what keeps readers coming back.Blog on o great one!
