Charity Blogger Awards
July 18, 2007 – 7:10 pm | by Mike
Our good friend Christy has bestowed upon us her Charity Blogger Award which in her words is “for those who use blogging to help others and to raise awareness of those in need. Those who post missing persons posters, charity links, or who are involved in fund raising campaigns, or who make posts about charitable causes. Those who care enough to help others deserve this award.” Thank you, Christy! We would like to pass this award along to the following people.
- Pelf of Pelf-ism is Conagious who will be blogging for the Eden Handicap Service Centre on The Giving Hands.
- Dyanna of Hoork! who will be blogging on Dyanna.org for the American Cancer Society.
- Barry of Inn of the Last Home who will be blogging for STAR (Shangri-La Therapeutic Academy of Riding).
- Polli of Polliwog’s Pond and Bob of Bobbarama who have decided to spend the 24 hours of the Blogathon rooting on participating bloggers and helping them stay awake. We think that’s a pretty generous thing for them to do.
UPDATE: You’ll have to excuse me for having a HUGE blonde moment. While we do love Bob of Bob Meets World as well, it’s Bob of Bobbarama that we meant to award…lol. Sorry to both Bobs!

SNIFF SNIFF SNIFF!!! Oh Mike, you honor me with this. Truly. You guys do the real work in the blogathon but I do know that as a team, it works out better for all of us and that means we can raise more money and have more fun while raising awareness for the different charities, causes and organizations we highlight. I love being “support team” and I think that is more a fit for my talents. Thank you for recognizing me!
